A couple of things

My guess is that you must have id recovery setup and that there is a key mismatch somewhere which then causes the error. It should not impact your server. Do you use id recovery or have you moved to ID vault?
Do you see any other errors in the logs such as "Error processing certificate created by /Org
for /Org"?
